Hi everyone! I’m Stephanie and I am currently living on Bainbridge Island in the beautiful Puget Sound in Washington State. I was born in nearby Yakima, Washington.
For the last 15 years I have owned a popular women's clothing and accessories store, Blinx, located on Bainbridge Island. My hobbies include working out, travel, dancing, going to theater, and being with my family and friends enjoying the outdoors.
I am divorced with a beautiful daughter named Bella who is 7 1/2.
I met Loren 8 years ago when she was my facilitator at a Tony Robbins event and have been drawn to her ever since. I went to her LoBella event in Santa Barbara and a "seed was planted"! I wanted more for myself and my life!
As a LoBella Facilitator, I hope to show women that it is possible to be joyful in their lives! I want to give them permission to take care of themselves and fill themselves up so they can "suit up and show up" for everyone in their lives.
My favorite Tuneup is Rituals. I have found out they don't have to be elaborate just little things! For example, every night at dinner I have everyone go around the table and say what they are grateful for. At first, my daughter said, “I can't think of anything” since then she has gotten more comfortable with discussing what she is grateful for and now I have to limit her to saying 3 things or we would never eat!!! This that small ritual has had a profound effect on how Bella views the world and realizing how lucky she is! If I can start her out at this age with gratitude and appreciation I feel blessed!
