Hi! I am Oludee Ajayi, many of my friends call me Dee. I was born in Africa, educated in the UK and now live in the USA. Ultimately, I have been an adventurer for over 15 years; adventurous in my career, business, family and close relationships. In 2002, I decided to become involved in inspiring others to their dreams and visions. One of my favorite quotes is :- "It is what it is"
I have 18 years business experience in IT and financial services and started off in providing training services at the tender age of 23. I am passionate about personal development and growth.
When I was young, my father sat me down and said, “an orphan stands at the wall and listens to the advice that a loving parent gives to their offspring”. In other words, to know a person’s top advice, listen to what they tell their offspring. It’s a great way to learn. Since then I have always been intrigued by people's advice to those most important to them. That is where you will find the gems to live by.
Traveling is one of my major passions, and my nickname is "the minister of fun". If it’s fun, I’m involved! I have had my fair share of challenges but I don’t let that get in the way of just living life to the maximum, regardless of the circumstances and challenges.
Whatever hand life deals us, we ultimately control how we feel about life!!
My mother always described me as a “collector of people” and never knew who her daughter had brought home to just help solve their problems. It’s a great way to live life. To be the Rock for people.
